We invite you to Shully’s Cuisine and Events in Thiensville on October 9th from 5:30-9:00 pm to help us raise money for our incredible community-based Adult Day Program.

Balance’s Adult Day Program increases the quality of life for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

This program includes daily activities that serve to enrich the health and wellness of each individual. We strive to provide participants with daily opportunities to connect to their community through various community-based outings and volunteer opportunities.

This program currently has 64 participants who attend 1-5 days a week.

Every day, our participants arrive at Balance and then gather into small groups. Each group then ventures off on a morning outing for a few hours, they return to Balance for lunch with their friends, and then go out again on another community outing. At the end of the day, everyone returns to Balance and gets ready to go home.

Our daily community outings include:

Yoga - Coffee Clutch - Going to parks - CrossFit - Dance Class - Martial Arts - Walking around the shops - Art Classes - Volunteering - Surfing - Pickleball - and much more!
